Q. Can I order with my credit card?

A: Settlements by credit cards and Paypal are available.

     Payment is confirmed at the time when the order for the goods is confirmed.

Q. When do you ship after the payment?

A: The goods are shipped within 5-7 days after the payment is confirmed.

Q. Can I refer back to products that I bought in the past?

A: Basically, returned goods are not accepted unless the goods have defection.

A: Our product went through agrichemical examinations at a German laboratory and has passed EU

     agrichemical residue standard.  However, it does not have FDA approval yet, so the product is not

     suitable for export to North America. 

Q. Should I pay customs and other fees?

A: There may be additional fees charged by the deliverer when the package arrives. These fees can

     include import duties, VAT (value-added tax), and/or customs duties. These fees are the

     responsibility of the package recipient. We have no way to predict these fees, since they depend on

     the country, so please check the import and customs fees information for your country before placing

     an order.
